How do I cancel my FilmTone Pro subscription?
iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions
→ FilmTone → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play app → account icon →
Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FilmTone →
Cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions and credit packs are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play, not by FilmTone. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, open Play Store → Account → Order History. Email us if you need help finding the option in your store.
The rewarded video won't load - what now?
AdMob may not have inventory in your region at the moment, or your Internet is offline. Wait a few seconds and try again, or use a different network. You can always pick a free preset, or upgrade to FilmTone Pro to bypass ads entirely.
I bought FilmTone Pro on iPhone - why doesn't it work on iPad?
Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings (in FilmTone) on the second device. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID.
Export looks darker / brighter on iPhone vs Android
Color profile handling differs between iOS Display P3 and Android sRGB. We render to sRGB on export for the most consistent cross-platform look.
App crashes on startup
Force-quit FilmTone, restart your phone, and reopen. If it still crashes, email us with your device model and OS version - we'll send a debug build if needed.
How do I delete my data?
FilmTone has no account system - uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. See Delete data for the full instructions.
