Delete Account

You can request deletion of your account and all personal data from Postly Photo Resize at any time.

Method 1 - In-app

1. Open Postly Photo Resize → Profile → Settings
2. Tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm → account and all data permanently deleted within 30 days

Method 2 - Email

Email support@phomate.pro.vn from your registered address with subject "Delete Account". We confirm and delete within 7 days.

Data deleted

• Account (email, display name, avatar)
• Virtual crushes and chat history
• Wall posts
• Coach profiles and letters drafted
• Secret Match identifier hashes
• Pair Link associations

Data retained for legal compliance

IAP receipts and payment logs are retained for at least 6 years per Vietnamese accounting law, anonymized after account deletion.
