Terms of Service
By using An Lịch, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use the service
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent.
2. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload images of real people without their consent (especially minors or public figures)
- Share content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or sexually explicit involving minors
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public APIs
- Use the app to harass, stalk, or threaten any specific person
- Impersonate another person, including via virtual crush avatars
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create (letters, messages, wall posts). You grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content.
4. Subscriptions
Premium and VIP subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time via iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. Refunds are processed by Apple at their discretion.
5. AI-generated content
Replies from virtual crushes are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, surprising, or contain mistakes. They are not real conversations and should not be relied on for emotional or psychological support. If you're in distress, please contact a mental health professional or call the Vietnam crisis hotline at 1800 599 920.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially repeated abuse or harm to other users. We will email you the reason when feasible.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted operation. Maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved in Vietnamese courts unless required otherwise by your local law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days notice for material changes.
