Delete Account
You can request deletion of your account and all personal data from An Lịch at any time.
Method 1 — In-app
- Open An Lịch → Profile → Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm → account and all data permanently deleted within 30 days
Method 2 — Email
Email support@anlich.app from your registered address with subject "Delete Account". We confirm and delete within 7 days.
Data deleted
- Account (email, display name, avatar)
- Virtual crushes and chat history
- Wall posts
- Coach profiles and letters drafted
- Secret Match identifier hashes
- Pair Link associations
Data retained for legal compliance
IAP receipts and payment logs are retained for at least 6 years per Vietnamese accounting law, anonymized after account deletion.
